    Pokemon - where to start?

I'd recommend getting HeartGold/SoulSilver or maybe Black/White(or their sequels). HG/SS are the most expansive games in the series by far, though.

    wonder trade chain (pokemon x/y)

I've had a bit of good luck with it. Got a Chespin with its hidden ability once. Traded that to be a nice guy and got a Haunter in exchange. :)

Choosing not to fight The End in MGS3 (slight spoilers ahead). In MGS3, there is a boss called The End. He's an old man who basically loves nothing more than the thrill of the hunt. He's basically approaching The End, if you will, of his life due to old age. His last wish is to do battle...

I haven't touched TF2 for a while now ever since I saw some elitist twat give a new player a lot of undue flak just for wearing the Gibus. I swear to God, if some people are going to hurl abuse at other players just because they wear a hat, that has to be one of the most asinine communities in...

In your opinion, what's the most overrated video game ever?

Pokemon's first generation. The mechanics were primitive even for their time, the Pokemon sprites in R/B looked awful (but Yellow fixed things up) and the fans. Oh dear God, the fans. T_T

Game Features You're Tired of Seeing

Repeating previous segments of a game. Anyone who's played SSBB will know what I'm talking about here.

    Looking for an immersive JRPG

Xenoblade Chronicles. I'd also give Chrono Trigger a go as it's well made and has a good story.
