The obvious one: Final Fantasy 7. If only because it was such an awesome story, and the PS graphics didn't really do it justice. The non-obvious one: Day of the Tentacle. I freaking love that game :D they continued Monkey Island so I reckon they should continue the Maniac Mansion series.
