Nah, you'll be fine. Go for it. My metalhead friends wear shirts with Satanic and anti- religious symbols to school all the time. Then again, I have a theory that the teachers have just trained themselves to ignore metal band shirts. Really, I guess it depends on the staff at your school.

Let's see...Half-Life, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (I've played it all the way through with friends before, doing it on my own this time), Resident Evil, and Metal Gear Solid. Half-Life's the only one I'm actively playing right now though.
