Well 4 Liters of water distributed over 16 hours is not dangerous, except when your kidneys are already shot. When i'm cycling i drink about 0.5 to 1 Liter an hour. Doesn't kill me. After riding I often weigh less regardless of me drinking said amount.

Well I live in the northern Plain of Germany. I was a conscript so if I were to survive I would rejoin the army to repell any conventional followup attack on Germany or its NATO-Allies. Sounds to me like as good a Plan as any, at least there is the possiblity to get some payback.
