    First two games that come to mind are Jagged Alliance and Fallout... If I'm wrong, do you think the game to be very similar to either of those two?

    That would be Dark Messiah of Might and Magic (http://store.steampowered.com/app/2100/). I bought it during the steam summer sale so I was playing it just a couple weeks ago.

    Need more to go on, are you sure you can't remember any other details? Environment etc.? The first few games that came to mind are Uprising, Wargasm, and Battlezone. I don't really remember their opening cinematics though.
