They're both on sale right now on PS store so which one should I get?

We were in the locker room at school and I noticed that my friend Nick does not have nipples so I asked, "where are your nipples" and everybody else noticed and started calling him "no nipple Nick." Please explain why Nick does not have nipples.

I have a PS4 and a 3DS and I want to get one, which one is better in gameplay, (graphics don't matter)

I was wondering which one was a better way to pass time, on one hand some books are interesting and you can imagine what happened but Video games are interactable, have multiplayer, and in some games like the gta series you can do whatever you want
