At the start of highschool it was a pretty traditional geeks/jocks/normal people split
Now it's pretty much everybody mingling and five or so sporty people refusing to talk to anybody else
If they were to make one I would guess it would support games similar to the the ipad/touch/phone and sell software over the appstore. Probably just a 1080p Wii with cheaper games.
Since when did the length determine whether or not a game was casual?
That aside, the amount of fluff that these "original, well balanced, un-generic" games you speak of that is used to draw out the game has been removed by this gen. Rather than expanding what could essentially be a six hour...
I like the instrumental version of Still Alive in the early Mirror's Edge trailers but then they made a trailer with the version with lyrics in it and it was awful.
I've lost my trust for Bethesda releasing a good game after Fallout 3 so now my only favoured developer is Valve since I can't think of a bad game that they've released.
