It seems like this court case was to send a message to all other file-sharers, that something is 'happening'. But the way I see it is if that was the 2nd court case to go ahead over file sharing then you're pretty much safe. I know more people that DO file-share than don't.

Whenever I play Portal or Halflife 2 or something along that line on my PC I find that my specs can't hack it completely and the seizure up certain wall and water textures. Best thing to do would be to end all programmes you are using before playing so that it's reduced to a minimum.
