Perhaps there is a tiny boost considering there's not that many mac configurations out there. Unfortunately, it does not matter much. Maybe 2-3fps in a game, or a few seconds shaved off rendering a video. It's not worth comparing.

It does play games fine. Well he's rich. So there's that. Laptops are inherently more expensive, but just because they cost more does not mean they do less. If people want to play games on laptops, they better be ready to shell out a whole lot of money.

Tried it. Tiny boxed in maps. Awful resolution. It's not even 720p. Slow turning as usual. You're better off playing as if you're playing mechwarrior. It's an okay arcade shooter, but when I want a quick fix of anything like that, a counterstrike 1.6 session is just as good.
