As for encouraging illegal downloading, I agree, that's wrong.
But for providing a search engine and linking to stuff, you may as well use Google and search for illegal torrents. Should Google be punished for that?
There's probably a difference in knowing that you link to illegal stuff or not...
But TPB just give people links. They do not upload or host. They're simply telling you where you can buy a gun.

Who are "you"? People seem to make a big difference beteween themselves and their brain / body.
Sure, you could believe in a soul or something, but what if that didn't exist?

Your brain is "you", right? It controls everything "you" do.
If you (your brain) would have to make a choice it would always do the same thing in the exact same situation.
