As for encouraging illegal downloading, I agree, that's wrong. But for providing a search engine and linking to stuff, you may as well use Google and search for illegal torrents. Should Google be punished for that? There's probably a difference in knowing that you link to illegal stuff or not...

Most of the stuff you mentioned there. Some folk metal is always nice, though. Finntroll, Ensiferum, Korpiklaani, Eluveitie.. Mors Principium Est and Opeth (Progressive death?) are some favorites too.
