updated drivers... still not working urgh thanks for taking out the time to tell me what to do though :)

I recently bought Magicka off Steam because of the ongoing sale, I installed it to find that it won't start. There is a black screen for 5 seconds, but then it goes back to desktop. I re-installed it twice, I validated the files and have installed the latest Direct X and I don't know what to do...

What about importing avatars into the game? You could have so that if your Avatar is equipped with different props, it does different fatalities, for example, if your avatar dude happened to have a lightsaber, the fatality could involve the chopping of various limbs or using the force to slam...
