there are better things to spend money on than clothes. buy what makes you happy, part of being a functional individual is managing your lifestyle. personally haircuts and clothes are things i can consider cutting down on in spending money on my hobbies and other interests instead.

Fallout 3 it was better to take a female character because black widow does an extra 10% damage to male enemies where as the male perk lady killer had the same effect on female enemies but you end up fighting a higher ratio of guys

there really isnt a reason to be good or bad because the karma system is flawed. i think that there wasnt really a point to being bad there were just more fun things to do. if you want to be a cannibal thats fine but you miss out on having fawkes as a companion.
