Guild Wars is essentially a co-op rpg with some slight mmo sprinklings. Also it's cheap and the story line will last for hours upon hours if you get the collection.

One thing to mention about the "stupidity" of the name is that in a few months time no one will care. There have been more ridiculous names in the past. Not to mention the fuss the Wii had. I just hope that someone (probably telltale) is planning on making some new twists on point-and-click...

Mario Kart gets my vote. Best played with friends though. I don't know if it counts as a kart racer but Pure is very good.
