No, unfortunately. The one I'm thinking about wasn't a big title like the MS Flight Sim games; in fact, I don't recall any menus or identifying title screens being present at all, which is why I'm so fascinated with it. The graphics were very similar to that one, though. Thanks for the suggestion.
Damn, this is gonna be tricky. I'm assuming that if you're thinking '95 to '06, then you don't remember the visuals very clearly, but what other games would you compare it to graphically? Was it like a pseudo-3D like Daggerfall, or a more advanced, polygon-based, Morrowind style engine?
What was the platform and when, roughly, did it come out? 'Cause there are aloooot of games that you could be talking about, but if we narrow down the timeframe it might be easier to find.

I'm surprised no one was able to point you in that direction in a whole decade; I don't think the game is all that obscure.
They also recently released an HD remake of the game as well. You can get it on Steam, under the appropriate title of MDK HD.
