Why is this a big deal? Progressive? Bullshit. This is CoD being way behind the times. A current gen game shouldn't have to have one of its "big innovations" be something as trivial and simple as gender selection. Bravo, IW, for implementing a feature that has been commonplace since the early 90s.
Jauffery(sp?) from Game of Thrones. Bratty, pointlessly cruel, and completely one dimensional, clearly there only for the sake of giving the audience an evil figurehead to act as the clear "villain" of the series. Brilliant show, not a very well written character, though. Not sure if the "tween"...
The prison "assault" confused me so much. You bring upwards of 15 heavily armed men, and stage a full retreat once two people start firing at you. Two people that apparently can't aim for shit, I might add. Aside from the super sloppy/lazy prison attack sequence, I thought it was a pretty good...
As much as I try to not judge people on things like that, I have to admit, I wouldn't be able to do it. I feel so bad for saying that, but I can't help it. I just couldn't.
Sorry.
I'll be unoriginal and do films:
5. Cloud Atlas. The sheer scale of that film was simply staggering.
4. Cabin in the Woods. Great play on the horror genre.
3. The Hobbit Pt 1. An incredibly fun return to Middle-Earth.
2. The Avengers. Joss Wheddon knows how these superhero movies...
Hell, excellent pacing in the trailer for the film?
Zack Snyder tackling another comic book film was all I needed to hear originally, but now that I get a glimpse of what's to come, I'm a sight more excited for this.
Rogue, for sure. I approve of eliminating my opposition in a quiet and relatively safe fashion. I'd rather sit back with a bow and shoot in the dark than to charge in swinging. Higher chance of survival.
Sick of friends talking about how great their jobs are.
Sick of people blowing incredibly petty things out of proportion.
Sick of being sick.
...That's about it, I guess.
I've yet to break a bone, age 20.
Though, to be fair, it's damn hard to break a bone when I spend most of my time at a keyboard. I did go snowboarding for the first time about a year ago with my dad, and he broke his wrist. That was super fun. Swelled up like a balloon on the car ride home.
I have friends that really enjoy anime, and whenever they start talking about it, I completely check out. Haven't watched a minute of anime in my life.
And they talk about anime. A lot.
As of the last few months, I've become a serious Reddit junkie. I just love the community. I also spend a good chunk of time on Rotten Tomatoes writing my own film reviews.
Facebook is probably up there, too.
Big Lions and Broncos fan. I absolutely LOVE American football, and I consider myself a "nerd."
The only downside of that is the fact that I'm mostly friends with other gamers, and none of them are football fans (aside from one Patriots fan who's stuck in 2005), so I hardly have an...
