I've played Oblivion, Fallout 3 GOTY and New Vegas on PS3, and Fallout 3 was the only one I ever had trouble with, specifically the G.O.A.T bug. After a few reloads though it worked fine. Never had any problems with Oblivion or Vegas, but maybe I just got lucky. Personally I'm not worried...
