How many discs has your xbox 360 ruined?

It mostly ruined Sonic Unleashed. It started making weird noises during one of the bosses, froze, and since then about 40% of all stages just don't load. I haven't really touched my 360 for almost 2 years since that, actually.

    Zero Punctuation: Portal 2

I wish more was said about the comedy of the game. I think that Stephen Merchant as Wheatley is the funniest videogame character I've ever come across, and far outshined Glados in this one.

Poll: Are Computer Games Art Or Entertainment?

Both, but I think videogames have a lot more pressure to be entertainment than art, more so than other mediums. I can't really think of any acclaimed games not considered entertainment is what I mean.

    Most Terrifying Video Game Enemy?

The monsters in Amnesia by a long shot. Especially how shockingly fast they are once they see you, and that sound that starts playing when they've noticed you. Nothing scarier than wondering around and just hearing that sound, when you didn't even know there was a monster nearby.

    On Endings

The Bioshock 2 DLC "Minerva's Den" had one of the best game endings I've experienced in a good while, so I'd recommend that if you haven't played it already. It's better than the main game itself. And Final Fantasy games, however sometimes agonizing, usually have really good endings (I'm...

Should you be allowed to kill children in games?

It entirely depends. I mean, more often than not it'd be tasteless, but there could be some really powerful, shocking moments in games if it was allowed. Like being forced to kill a child in a game, would be really emotive.

    Your favorite album ever made.

Red House Painters - Down Colorful Hill This is album is nothing short of incredible. It has this reoccurring theme of regret and unhappiness throughout, and the lyrics hide nothing. That's the important part of this; the songs aren't afraid of anything. Mark Kozelek (the front man) isn't...

    Zero Punctuation: Split Second: Velocity

Man, I really think this is your funniest in a while. The electric wheelchair camera analogy is probably my favourite one you've done.

    On Time Travel

Majora's Mask is the only Zelda game I loved, because it was different. I think it's a really amazing starting point for a mechanic that was never improved upon (not that I've really searched, I could very easily be wrong). I'd love to see it done amazingly intricately with like, 20 days, on a...

    Super Mario Galaxy 2

Thing about Little Big Planet is that while it's really good and fun, I think it would do little to convince Ebert that games have any artistic merit. It'd be good to introduce him to the playability factor, but I dunno. I think Bioshock is pretty easy, very forgiving with the vita chambers, and...

    What's YOUR best game ever?

Zelda: Majora's Mask. It used Ocarina of Time as a spring board to actually experiment at least a little with the Zelda formula for once, and everyone having lives that you could change and that were dependent on what day/time it was made it feel completely alive. Other contenders are Final...

Zero Punctuation: Super Mario Galaxy 2

I'm sorry but if you don't at least think seasons 6, 7 and 8 of the simpsons are good then well...I've lost some respect. Even season 9 had the amazing New York episode.
