I've checked the above and unfortunately these are not the ones. It's not Tzar either. I remember that the setting seemed pretty dark, I think it was night time when the scenario was on (at least in the demo I played) and it created an atmosphere of suspense.

Devil May Cry series? IMO, Oblivion and the entire The Elder Scrolls series are awesome. That is if you bear the old graphics in pre-oblivion games. I'd reccommend Deus Ex but that's more cyberpunk than fantasy...
