Hellsing? Trinity Blood? Yu Yu Hakusho is a little longer than Rurouni, don't forget the OVA's of Rurouni aswell, Hajime No Ippo/Fighting Spirit, KenIchi: The Mightiest Disciple, I would give a link to AniDB for them but I'm gonna take a stab and say its against forum rules (don't post much).

What will you do if there are no police to protect you? That is what I'm assuming, a bit more backlash for slaying a cop will make so they won't quit as fast, its not as if taking the job of a Policeman/woman is one for people with a deathwish.

I can only think of worst, Resident Evil 5, those bastards at Capcom gave a reeeeeeeeally miniture figurine and a bloody fabric handbag so you can look fashionable, pissed me off, but thats not the only thing! Any pre-order "bonus" you can unlock in 2 or 3 levels anyway, I'm looking at you...
