It's basically a dvd that consists of the "apparantly" most well known reviewers on the web. It has like 8 reviews, and costs $10+Shipping to buy. Personally, I think its pretty ridiculous that a bunch of guys are putting together exclusive reviews that are of the same quality of the stuff...
