I still can't comprehend why Star Wars is held on such a hig pedestal by so many people who expect so much more for it, accept that Star Wars is essentially a story about magical space wizards with laser swords, turn off your brain, and enjoy it for what it is: fun.

Homeworld 3 Nexus: The Jupiter Incident 2 Longest Journey 3 (personally speaking) Star Trek: Elite force 3 Age of Mythology 2 Black & White 3 Age of Mythology 2 and probably more that i cant think of at the moment.

Definitely bioshock for me, but not for the reason you may think. It turns out buying a game that is played underwater isnt good for someone with aquaphobia.

RTS all the way, and unlike many I enjoy base building and micromanaging, for example my favorite rts is Supreme Commander, simply cause of the enourmous amount of buildings and units you can construct.

Strategy games are my favourite, be they turn based and real time, large scale or small. It's just something about putting thought into what im doing and planning far ahead.

I agree with you on every point but one. While it is true that it does attract people from every demographic (slacker collegiate here) it is possible to "get through" the game without encountering any of these people, or if you do, effectively ignoring them. I suppose the game can be an acquired...

Batman: The Animated Series, the one based on the batman movie with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, hands down best cartoon i ever saw as a child. that and Beast Wars.

That is no way to play games. Play them loudly and proudly, if anyone thinks less of you for it then they certainly aren't a friend of yours.
