I'm not an Apple fan; I do own a MacBook Pro but the price tag doesn't justify the outdated hardware. The systems are well-built, I agree. I was looking to purchase a Mac Pro for professional uses but thought better of it. I like the look and feel of the OS X but I've had no trouble whatsoever...
Not surprised by the decline, WoW is aging. I'm expecting a major WoW revamp move from Blizzard, not any time soon, though.
I'm not really into WoW myself but the majority of the people I have come across in Rift are former WoW players.
I'd love to see a new map, not a new game type. Of course, this whole Dominion hubub is one attempt at holding on as they gear up to take a player base hit from DotA 2's upcoming release later this year.
I can understand why there's so much negative response, and I don't see why he's so 'surprised' by the reaction. Either way, it's not going to affect me and honestly, I quite like the fact that it's online-only.
