    Funniest glitch in a game.

Well, probably not the funniest ever, but I did find this in my journeys in BioShock. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p72c_P-G6M4

    Did Bush do anything right?

I had the privilege to talk to Michael Buckley about this a few weeks ago. He made a good point about the Bush administration. See, they DID do something good in that they forced America to act today, lest we be thrust into 'screwed-dom' even further. So if you must give Bush credit for...

    best book from high school?

My favourite books from high school were "Jennifer Government" by Max Berry (sp?), and "To Kill a Mockingbird" by someone whose name I can't recall at the moment because I'm a bit of a dolt.

Where do you go to think?

Yeah. Lucky for me, I have a ton of friends who'll listen to me vent. In return, I afford them the same: the best shoulder to cry on when they need it. I guess I'm kind of what Yahtzee would call a 'lemon scented pussy wipe.' Or a good friend. Depends.

Where do you go to think?

I think wherever I am. It proves to be incredibly detrimental. For instance, I'll be sitting, watching a funny video, when suddenly a picture of my incredibly smokin' goth ex-girlfriend pops into my head. And then I remember she's my EX-girlfriend. Funny video turns unfunny.

Laptops and Gaming. Does It Work?

From my experiences, it's a mixed bag on whether laptops and gaming really correspond with one another. If you have a tablet, that makes it easier for those of us who prefer using a mouse as opposed to a touchpad, and then it's a matter of if your laptop plays the game or not. Case in point...

Poll: Would you let your gf play a MMO?

That would totally be ideal for me. I'd love to compete against a girlfriend. In fact, when I was with my first girlfriend, we'd play games where we fought against each other. Was quite fun. That relationship only lasted a month, but bleh, it was high school. At the same time, being on the...

    Poll: Guns or Melee?

It really depends on the situation. For instance, in Team Fortress, I love the satisfaction of pulling off a perfect headshot on an unsuspecting opponent. At the same time, I also enjoy sneaking up behind people and flailing them with a baseball bat, or stabbing them. I could go either way, but...

Poll: Would you download Zero Punctuation if you could?

I would definitely subscribe to a Zero Punctuation podcast, if you will. I love the show, I've watched almost every episode, it is the reason I started coming to this site in the first place, and each week it gets better and better. Wednesdays were nothing but 'guitar/voice lesson' day, but now...

Is the AVGN helping re-stimulate purchases of classic systems?

It made me want to find my NES again. Unfortunately, it's probably buried in my attic somewhere and frankly, I don't want to wade through all of that. We're supposed to have a yard sale soon, I'll snatch it if I find it again.

Poll: Would you let your gf play a MMO?

Honestly, if I had a girlfriend whose only 'flaw' was that she played video games too much, I would probably be on cloud nine. And obviously, if I had a girlfriend, I couldn't control what she would do, anyway. She could play an MMO, I wouldn't really have any say over her actions, nor would I...

How did you first hear about Zero Punctuation?

A friend showed me the Oblivion preview. Well, that was my first encounter with ZP, but after that, it kind of fell by the wayside. Recently, another friend told me that he watched it and linked me to it, and since then, I've watched pretty much every video, and wait like a junkie for Wednesday...

    Game stores rip you off

Exactly. As for the PC games, I learned in my time working at Gamestop that it would be very difficult to accept one of those games back. Many PC games these days require a CD-key, and if you've taken it home, registered it, and trade it back in, the person who buys it next won't be able to...

Poll: Would you replace the PS3 controller with one from an XBox?

I never really had a problem with the PlayStation controller layout. It's no lie that I'm for the 360 over the PS3 (the game library is just far better in my opinion, and I have more friends who play XBox, so I have more of an opportunity to communicate and play with them, and XBox Live (for me)...

things you can't stand to hear

"You need to get out more" is a good way to annoy me. I know I need to get out more. I don't need to be told by every single person I know that I need to be more social, whenever I'm home, I barely have time to stay around my house because so many people want to do things, and I end up as their...
