    Oh and I'm 50/50 on this, but I'm pretty sure it was "2" (as in the second rendition of the game) - so it would be something like "best 2d game ever 2"

    I give up on searching, so here goes :) The game I am looking for was for PC, and I believe it didnt install, it was just an executable (dont hold me to that). It was a "beat em up" 2D scroller with anime-type graphics, and the sprites I thought all had DragonBall Z type hair that I played in...
