I am on board with the Jenny Theory and completely doubt the other time-lord and spouse theory: 1) The Doctor would know a time lord or lady. Chameleon Arch is pointless cause River wouldn't even know that and it would have very little interesting or non-alienating plot possibilities. 2)...
