That game was made by Toaplan. FYI the ex-members of Toaplan formed a new company called CAVE and still make games to this day. Try Ketsui DS and be amazed ;)

And what huge achievement it was. It's not like every RPG-player and their mom did that ;) I dunno, i never would be proud of getting something done in an RPG. RPGs require no skill at all (in most cases). If an enemy is too hard, you grind a little bit more and try again.
