It was definitely not a 3D, the graphics were not digitised as well, it had a street fighter art style or something. And once again - it had a fiction theme, with Chinese ninjas, kamikazes and stuff, not terrorists in a big city. The heroes were of a special unit, but not cops/swat as I recall.
It definitely is of the same style, however the game I am looking for has more comics looking animated characters and it also has bosses. Like I said it really reminds me of the movie "Big Trouble in Little China".
