Sorry if I'm being blind but where in the article does it say this service will be free? I know it will be subscription free but I imagine that you'll still have to pay to rent each movie.

This is interesting. A big reason why Rock Band is considered a lot better than Guitar Hero by many people is due to the compatibility of DLC between games and the massive track library. So I'm surprised that this has happened.

This seems to be an increasing trend, Lionhead Studios were asking for bug reports for Fable III the other week. It seems a bit redundant to me though. People are going to send complaints about bugs regardless of whether the studio want them or not.
