Was that a game for Windows 3.1, or DOS? Because if it is we're probably looking for the same game :)... all I remember about it is that in my computer it was named "MINERO" (which is Spanish for miner), and the character was kind of similar to Mario. I vaguely remember some beeps and sounds...
