Dishonored I couldn't play that game for more then an hour. It was like Bulletstorm whit a stealth element(Not to say Bulletstorm was a /bad/ game).

This game was just a big pile of shit. Having a low budget is no excuse, if your founding is sparse then you will simply have to prioritize. There are a lot of flash games out there whose graphics are way less sophisticated than those of HR, and yet somehow manages to be far more interesting...

Yhea, if we for the first time in human history manage to attain world peace we will need a new city as capital. A city whiteout history or any plagues of the "Old world"(war, poverty etc). A symbol for a clean slate and faith in the future.
