Fargoth is a good shout, had to do his stupid little quest everytime i started a new character in Morrowind, which was alot. But there must be more annoying NPCs out there, Imoen from the Baldurs Gate series gets my vote, hate that you actually HAVE to go and save her, most useless mage/theif...
