If you are on a budget a cheap game is Ghost Recon Shadow Force, great turn based play (obviously not as good as Fire Emblem, but cheaper and slightly different) Beyond that SMT IV, Mario, Mario Kart, Luigi's Mansion, Fire Emblem, Sticker Star, and Donkey Kong will all eat your battery happily...
