Pyramid Head gets my vote, I know he walks slowly but that dude can appear out of nowehere anytime again, like... When in the bathroom, holy shit. If it were Ridley, Voldemort, Tank, Tyrant or anyone faster than me, Id just give up and drop dead to save them the trouble.

I´m not sure if this counts, its one of the worst boss-battles Ive seen, which is the one in Fable 2:

There is nothing one can´t argue against: Even extreme statements like "Hitler was a bad man" can be argued against with arguments like "He did it for his people, hence at least he was a good man to them" But then again: "There is nothing one can´t argue against"
