This actually means Valve is closer to announcing HL3. The new engine means thats already done, and if you are a valve fan you should know that they dont announce things until its already near completion. Give them a fucking break.

ADS would be the worst possible thing you could do. Then it wouldn't be counter-strike. And yeah, they are doing some VERY serious re-balancing with the weapons.
