A few years ago I watched The Exorcist.
Oh. My. Gosh.
That movie screwed me up for months, even with its outdated special effects. I couldn't sleep in my room and had nightmares! If I think of that face while I'm getting to sleep I STILL lay awake for a long time trying to forget it! :shiver:
I tell myself that if I sit down and do it now, I'll have more time for fun stuff later & won't have the burden on my shoulders. When that's not enough (it rarely is) I set a reward for myself. Like some yummy snack!!! :D
