Also in Oblivion I realized that the summons could cause endless wars between the guards and the civilians. I did it with a scampi but any summon that has a ranged attack would work. It's a little tricky to do because the summon maintains it's duration from your spell but it is very funny...

That's just not true. The tau are willing to let any faction join them as long as they embrace the greater good. If they don't, then they are killed. That's not to say the tau are the "good guys" by any means, just that they don't have the same goals as the other factions. With a tau army...
