You can get it on onemanga and mangafox if you want it but I believe most of the books are now in english. As for anime, Big O, the third season was cancelled so we were left with a horrible, horrible ending that answered nothing.

personally I couldn't care less, Garrus' sex scene is one of my fav scenes out of the whole game (So much awkward/awesome dancing). However there is alot of hypocrisy coming from that statement, if "sex and nudity" and other mature content don't make 18+ games then why have Bioware included it...
