That gif is the perfect representation of the game. Also SimCity is a failure as I've not seen anyone that actually enjoyed the game.... let alone the megaton launch issues that made the game unplayable for a lot of people.

F3AR (FEAR 3) - Day 1 studios sucking at their best Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 - I played the hell out of the first game and the sequel was just mega disappointment Road to Retribution - *shivers* probably the last time I blindly pickup game based on looking at the game box....

If you have a PS3, I believe it is still available for free and I'd definitely recommend you give it a try.
