Sounds like the sort of incident that could be made into a Michael Moore film. The chances if Microsoft getting it wrong is not impossible, but it's not very likely, and people will mainly see it from that point of view.

i agree. in general it doesn't improve much (if at all) on MW2 and i also noticed how farcical the weapons where for the time-period. at first it didn't bother me but after i get killed by somebody using an AUG that wasn't even in service to the late seventies, that really pisses me off.

if online gaming does get banned because of the lawsuit, one can only imagine the amount of people who wont be able to adjust to the sunlight out-doors :)

this game really did ooze mediocrity. run of the mill shooter with a storyline that only fans of the series could be bothered caring about. Good review. Although many may think Yahtzee was being harsh id say the game got off easy for his standards. Iv heard better games get verbally raped by...
