    This one is kind of a long shot, but might jog somebody's memory: The game I am looking for is an Amiga game which had at least 2 disks. It was something to do with monsters/aliens. It was aimed at children and included a feature where you could design your own monster by sticking body parts...

    Not Zool or Zool 2, maybe? There were 2 characters to choose from in Zool 2 - the game was affiliated with Chupa Chups somehow.
