One hit kill melees. Unless it is an assassination on an unsuspecting enemy or within a certain hitbox, knives/melee weapons should not OHK. Possible solutions include making certain areas OHK, like the head/neck, but the torso 2HK, and limbs just do some damage, more then minimal, but at least...
