Actually I was wrong, they're members of The Morning Star, one of the three new gangs in the game. STAG is the Special Tactics Anti-Gang unit of the government. Regardless; Ultor are indeed in Saints Row and Saints Row II though, so yes the two game series are set in the same fictional universe...

That is indeed the fellow I was referring to. Tales of the Bounty Hunters is where the quote originated from (when expressed by IG-88 anyway).

Turned out that simply uninstalling and reinstalling both the browser and flash would resolve the issue. Thanks for helping. =)
