Sorry man, can't help you w/ the eTrade. I know IE8 sux, but I'm used to the way it does things. Chrome can't seem to creat a Fullscreen button, and I find Firefox's Bookmark management kind of unwieldy. I should probably switch to Firefox. Best of luck

Hey VillageIdiot! I'm having the opposite problem. Was viewing YouTube vids a few hours ago on Win 7 and IE8. Re-installed Flash and Sandboxie. Now, I can play Flash from any site but YouTube. Booted into Ubuntu. Same thing w/ Firefox but not w/ Chrome. Feels like Google is force-feeding...
