Racism, stereotypes, and Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!

Welcome to the Deep South. Well, it's actually my back yard in eastern Pennsylvania but for the sake of this post let's call it? Pennsyltucky. As a young lad playing Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!, the racial and cultural stereotypes found therein didn't dawn on me. My elementary school had a solid...

    Mega Man 2 Retrospective

Love is in the air, or is that Christmas cookies and broken dreams? I don?t even know anymore. What I do know is that we're three days post Valentine's Day and this is our Christmas episode. At the time we had planned to record this episode, Andy had a brand new baby girl to look after and we...

Reviewing old tech drunk - Radio Shack Pong Machine

After getting liquored up on beer, vodka martinis, and rum shots, we unbox and try to play one of the myriad of Pong ripoff machines, the Radio Shack Full Color TV Scoreboard. Have you ever seen or played this video game system from the 70's before? The light gun is absurdly large and too...

    Video Games for Halloween

I love Halloween and had a blast making this review about games where you play as the monster. What games or movies do you find yourself going back to every October? Do you believe in ghosts? Have you ever mispronounced a word on camera and it was too funny to cut so you just left it in...

    Out of this World Review

I'd pick flying round space meeting alien cheerleader types over work any day and I'm a sucker for movies like Space Hunter. Some of my favorites movies that I watch at least once a year are They Live, Spaceballs, and Stargate. To be honest, Stargate never gets old for me. It's got Snake...

    Out of this World Review

Out of this World, (a.k.a. Another World), is discussed, poked, and prodded in this "Doin' it" episode. Also, with Andy's Sega CD on the fritz, Eddie has a brilliant idea to get it working again. Science Fiction has been a huge part of our lives for as long as we can remember. Which is...

    Faxanadu. We're doin' it.

Andy and Eddie talk about the retro NES favorite Faxanadu. What they liked, what they didn't, and what exactly was everyone smoking? In the video you can see that certain games and gaming moments you had when you were a kid can be carried with you for many years. What memorial gaming moments...

Nes games you may have missed

Nice pick! I've never heard of this game before. The only zapper games I had was Duck Hunt, Hogan's Alley, and Gumshoe.

Moments in video games that have scared you

I love horror movies and I never get scared from watching them. But I just can't handle scary suspenseful video games like Amnesia. I can only play a little bit at a time. I get too freaked out .

Nes games you may have missed

Crystalis was originally on the list but we wanted to keep the video under 15 minutes. It might show up on the next one. Astyanax doesn't ring a bell. I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

If Fallout 4 takes place on the East Coast again, what would you like to see done.

This. I really enjoy games that let you build up a home base throughout the story.

I thought it was a great game. Sure it has it's flaws but overall a solid purchase.
