I'd have to say I really liked Oblivion's Title theme. However, the other day I got around to playing Doom 3, and it's got an interesting title track (The game having metal as it's title song shouldn't have really come as a surprise to me; but it did). I have to say I really like RTCW's as well.

Mine would have to be the Forgotten Hope 2 Mod for BF2. Very, very good in my opinion. The most recent CoD games (Cod 4 and WaW) are a very close second though.
