Anything that you cannot kil frightens me simply because you most times i end up running away not knowing how close to death i really am. The regenerating Necromorph in dead space is on example, that was the one scary thing about that game. And not knowing Where enemies are freaks me out also

During the last mission's cutscene when Jack and Abby ride away from the barn, there was a duplicate of Jack standing in the open doorway after they'd already left. I was surprised.
