sorry I didn't exsplain well. I was revering to the manga pokemon specail(sometimes called pokemon adventure) not the one based off of ash and Pikachu. the manga follows the games plot, but with its own original twist and character, if any thing you should read the first few arc's for ideas...

in my oppinioin you shouldn't base it off of the show, you should base it off of the manga. the manga has a hug accult following online, and would be easyer to replicate then the show would be
