    Rose-Tinted gaming memories

I'm pretty sure the Klobb was named after someone from Rare's dev team, Ken Lobb. I've only played Pilotwings 64 a couple of times, but I'm always keeping my eye out for it to add to my collection of 64 games... everyone seems to love it so much. I did actually enjoy SNES Pilotwings way back...

    favourite childhood game? (any console)

This and The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse were like the only two Disney character/movie licensed games that ever were any good in my books. Most of my childhood was Kirby Super Star, and I honestly wasn't a huge fan of the DS remake. The controls didn't seem as solid. I still play the...

Which game character/s do you consider brilliantly created in terms of either looks or concept?

I'm going to have to go with Nightmare from Soul Calibur II. The reason I'm picking the second one, is because I like his second costume, where he's not wearing his armor. I pick that costume whenever I play him, and I like the art with him in it. Woo. I also liked pretty much everyone from...

Games you are absolutely PROUD to own!

Kirby Super Star - This WAS my childhood. In a nutshell. Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil Klonoa: Door To Phantomile (and the Wiimake) Donkey Kong - The one for GameBoy where you were Mario and it was a re-make of the arcade one but you had a ton of moves and a ton of worlds to go through...

    TF2 Rip-Off game: Really a Rip-Off?

I would play this because it kind of reminds me of when I and probably a lot of you used to play with toys when we were kids. It's kind of like Toy Commander for Dreamcast in that sense. I loved having control of the living room with my plastic biplane that drops eraser bombs and fires pencil...

What was the last game you found yourself seriously addicted to? - CHAT WITH THE STAFF!

I was definitely way addicted to Grandia II a few months back... I just loved that the battle system was turn based but not boring to watch... and the music... and the story... I just loved all of it, and spent a couple of all-nighter weekends (when I wasn't away at college) playing it. I...

The most under appreciated game (in your own opinion)

There's one for GBA (Super Dodge Ball Advance) and one for DS (Super Dodge Ball Brawlers (that other game with Brawl in it's name)). Has anyone mentioned Opoona yet? OPOONA! And the entire Klonoa series.

Moments In Gaming That Made You So 'YES'

Playing Super Mario Galaxy for the first time brought tears to my eyes. And kind of even more when my mom recognized some of the music, and started whistling it, because she's always kind of hated that I play video games.

Wanted Characters for Super Smash Bros. 4 (If it happens)

Platinum Games makes Mad World, it's published by Sega. It's third party. EDIT: Also to add in my two cents... Klonoa.

    Cave Story Question

If the graphics are a problem, it's being ported to WiiWare by Nicalis with a slight graphical upgrade. In case you're wondering, the remake is approved by it's creator, Daisuke "Pixel" Amaya. Blog is here: http://nicalis.com/blog/

Most annoyed by collectables youve been?

POKEMON. Seriously, it's bad enough you have to own or have access to most of the games to catch them all... but to get the legendaries you either need to hack or... be at Nintendo events to get key items, which they don't really have in Canada as far as I know.
