I'm pretty sure the Klobb was named after someone from Rare's dev team, Ken Lobb.
I've only played Pilotwings 64 a couple of times, but I'm always keeping my eye out for it to add to my collection of 64 games... everyone seems to love it so much. I did actually enjoy SNES Pilotwings way back...
This and The Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse were like the only two Disney character/movie licensed games that ever were any good in my books.
Most of my childhood was Kirby Super Star, and I honestly wasn't a huge fan of the DS remake. The controls didn't seem as solid. I still play the...
I'm going to have to go with Nightmare from Soul Calibur II. The reason I'm picking the second one, is because I like his second costume, where he's not wearing his armor. I pick that costume whenever I play him, and I like the art with him in it. Woo.
I also liked pretty much everyone from...
Kirby Super Star - This WAS my childhood. In a nutshell.

Metroid: Other M
Super Mario Galaxy 2
New Super Mario Bros Wii
Scribblenauts
Bayonetta
Golden Sun DS

I...
There's one for GBA (Super Dodge Ball Advance) and one for DS (Super Dodge Ball Brawlers (that other game with Brawl in it's name)).
Has anyone mentioned Opoona yet?
OPOONA!
And the entire Klonoa series.
Playing Super Mario Galaxy for the first time brought tears to my eyes. And kind of even more when my mom recognized some of the music, and started whistling it, because she's always kind of hated that I play video games.

POKEMON.
Seriously, it's bad enough you have to own or have access to most of the games to catch them all... but to get the legendaries you either need to hack or... be at Nintendo events to get key items, which they don't really have in Canada as far as I know.
