No that was released late 90s. It was a 2d side scroller golden axe style but modern.

Small soldiers?

I played a side scrolling beat em up in either the late 80s or early 90s. One of the first levels included a fight in the subway. The boss was a punk with a Mohican who swing a club. When he got tired it was ok to attack him. Any ideas? Edit: I only ever saw the game on arcade
