I'd say PS3, I'm getting it on PS3, because it's too tempting to cheat on the PC, plus I find myself more in-tune with my character when on PS3, on PC it feels too distant. Although I will be getting it on PC afterwards, just to make sure I don't miss out on the modding experience.
